Sustainability is becoming more and more important, but what does sustainability really mean for the hospitality industry? Mr. Hiroshi Mizohata and Nigel Simpson from the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau were interviewed by Ms. Shizuka Higashikawa from Japan Convention Services (JCS), an INCON Partner, to get their opinions about how to make the hospitality industry a sustainable one.
