INCON, the global partnership of leading companies specializing in conference, event management, and engagement solutions, proudly announces the appointment of its new Co-Chairs: Nicky McGrane and Nicole Walker. The dynamic duo, along with the continuing leadership of Lior Gelfand as INCON Treasurer, will champion collaboration, innovation, and shared learning, ensuring continued success for clients worldwide.

INCON's dedication to delivering unparalleled conference and event experiences has been a cornerstone of its mission, and the appointment of Nicky McGrane, CEO of Conference Partners International, and Nicole Walker, CEO of The Arinex Group, marks a pivotal moment in INCON’s future.

Nicky McGrane, based in Dublin, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in conference organization, ensuring the global success of Conference Partners International. Her standing in the international meetings industry and commitment to education and excellence will undoubtedly drive INCON to new heights and on new adventures. Entrepreneurial-minded Nicole Walker is renowned for her leadership in event management in Australia and in the Asia Pacific region. Nicole's strategic vision aligns seamlessly with INCON's mission to elevate standards and drive innovation in  conferences and events globally.

Commenting on the appointment Nicky stated: “I am deeply honoured to take the helm as Co-Chair of INCON alongside Nicole Walker. My aim is to unite our members in a vibrant exchange of knowledge and ideas, fostering a culture of shared learning and collaboration that elevates the standards of education and raises the bar for excellence within our industry and for our clients.”

The new Co-Chairs will succeed the esteemed outgoing leaders, Patrizia Buongiorno, VP at AIM Group International, and Carol McGury, EVP at Smithbucklin. INCON expresses its deepest gratitude to Patrizia and Carol for their outstanding leadership.
