INCON comes together in Tallinn, Estonia
INCON had a leadership retreat in the city of Tallinn, Estonia 22-24 September It was the perfect destination to inspire and create spaciousness for learning, exploration and collaboration. Thank you Kadri Karu at the Estonian Convention Bureau, Visit Tallinn and Visit Estonia for an amazing program.
Oscar Cerezales, MCI Group created a stimulating business trends workshop; Jurriaen Sleijster, MCI Group and Ahmed ElShal, ICOM shared their creative conference and event best practices. We were inspired by those we met especially Sandra Särav, Deputy Chancellor of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and deputy Mayor Joosep Vimm.
In the Telliskivi we explored the synergy between creativity and sustainability, and we admired the Kadriorg and Pirita area by bike. We were genuinely impressed by the hospitality, delicious local food, excellent hotels and unique venues.
