INCON Partner Ortra has been awarded the bid to organize the renowned Eilat-Eilot Renewable and Clean Energy Conference until 2033.
In addition to the continued successful partnership in orchestrating these impactful conferences in Eilat, Israel, this initiative propels our efforts into the international arena.
In collaboration with the Eilat-Eilot leadership, ORTRA are poised to develop international conferences that aim to foster global cooperation in the increasingly crucial field of renewable energy. This initiative underscores our commitment to enhancing worldwide knowledge and action in the field of sustainability.
This announcement comes at a critical time, as the past year has witnessed global records for high temperatures, highlighting the urgent need for clean and renewable energy solutions at the forefront of the global agenda.
Ortra are proud to contribute to this vital cause, ensuring that each conference will address the current landscape and will provide a platform for international collaboration and innovation.
About the Conference
The Eilat & Eilot Renewable Energy Conference began in 2014 and the 2024 event was attended by 900 participants, comprised of 190 speakers, 51 sponsoring companies, 21 companies that presented at the exhibition and the partnership of three government ministries: the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of the Economy and the Ministry of the Environment.
The Eilat-Eilot Renewable Energy is a public benefit company which strives to make the southern Arava region an international center for research, development and commercialization of renewable energy technologies. At the same time, the project aims to make the region energy-independent and free from fuel and carbon emissions by the year 2025.
The 11th Eilat-Eilot Renewable Energy Conference will be held in December 2025.
