Jenn joined ICS in 2011, became a partner in 2016, and then CEO in 2018. She is a dedicated leader focused on the ideals of partnership, the exchange of ideas, and supporting the growth and impact of the international events industry.

Mathias Posch
Mathias Posch

President and Chairman, ICS Events

Mathias Posch assumed leadership of ICS in 2007 and has since transformed the company into a global force in international association meetings, expanding it to a team of 120 staff across eight offices worldwide. A respected industry leader, Mathias has been a member of the IAPCO Council from 2010 -2024, served as IAPCO President from 2018 to 2020, and chaired the IAPCO Training Academy from 2021 to 2024.
